If I request a siding estimate what can I expect ... ?

  • A representative will contact you to set up an appointment. The appointment usually takes about 30 minutes to measure the home and your representative can also answer any questions you may have, you will not be pressured to sign a contract on the spot. We can also stop by any day during the week and measure the home and prepare an estimate it is not necessary for anyone to be home. Your estimate will be Emailed to you and we will follow up by telephone.

What do I need to do to get my home ready for siding replacement ... ?

  • Before DCT arrives please remove pictures, mirrors or anything else hanging on the exterior walls that may fall, we do not want to see any of your valuables broken or see anyone hurt by a falling object. Remember to have a look in the garage for rakes, shovels, brooms and other things hanging that may fall and hit cars parked inside. We do take great care during siding removal and installation but there is a certain amount of vibration from nailing on the new siding and prying off the old that can knock things off the walls.

The different material manufactures have different warranties. Please see the product pages of this website for manufacturer warranties or call us at 425-493-9330.
